1. The staff make you feel like family.

From the minute I drove up to the property and had the option to valet my car, the driver greeted me with excitement and took care of everything. I chose to self park (which comes FREE with your resort stay). He was so kind and walked me from the garage to the elevators to the front desk engaging with me the whole time about my weekend ahead. Above and beyond. I was so pumped just to check in! Like, “Take my money! I don’t even care!”.

2. THE FOOD IS YUM.

I got to know all the staff at the in-house restaurant, BRGR Kitchen + Bar, so well because I ate every meal there. Breakfast. Lunch. and Dinner [don’t judge me! ha!]. And let me tell you, every meal was FAB.

Food Rec’s:

Breakfast: Fruit platter with fresh honey glaze, breakfast potatoes, and baked bacon

Lunch: the “WEDGE” with heirloom tomatoes and roasted peppers (add goat cheese and your life will be forever changed)
Baked tortilla chips with salsa and artichoke dip

Dinner: Grilled Steak with the best onion rings I’ve ever had
(I’m not even supposed to eat onion rings, but If I am going down, I am willing to go down in a blaze of onion ring glory!)

3. The pool aesthetic is straight Malibu.

From the dreamy white hotel-scape, to the forever vanishing edge overlooking a massive stretch of perfect beach, the entire view is almost unreal. I mean, I literally could walk directly out of my room onto the pool lanai (perks of being on the first floor!). So relaxed. So refreshed. So in awe of it all.
